Central Arid
Zone Research Institute – CAZRI. The conference is hosted by CAZRI, Jodhpur
which is a premier research Institute of its own kind that was established in
October 1959 by Government of India on the recommendations of a UNESCO expert,
Dr. C.S. Christian of CSIRO, Australia, to promote sustainable development of
the Indian Arid Zone.
